Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml). Stir for about 1 minute until a homogeneous suspension is obtained and consume immediately after preparation.
The visible particles in suspension are due to the presence of alpha-lipoic acid incorporated into the matrices of Matris technology, which are responsible for the controlled release of the active ingredient.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For the use of the product, it is advisable to consult your doctor. In rare cases, lipoic acid may cause hypoglycemia.
