Directions for use
For adults: 1 effervescent tablet per day. Dissolve the effervescent tablet in a glass of water.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains aspartame (a source of phenylalanine). For use of the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
