A mix of vitamins, manganese and Boswellia extract specifically formulated for bones, muscles and joint function.
Multicentrum Movement & Flexibility contains:
- Boswellia extract, known for its physiological joint function and to counteract localized tension. A standardized extract of its main constituents is obtained from Boswellia resin, collected manually;
- vitamins D, K and manganese which contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones;
- vitamin C which contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the physiological function of bones and cartilage;
- vitamin D which promotes the maintenance of normal muscle function;
- manganese for the physiological formation of connective tissues.
It is also rich in essential OMEGA-3 fatty acids, structural components of cell membranes.

Directions for use
1 capsule daily to be taken with water, preferably during a meal.
