Description
Dietary supplement with L-methylfolate (or L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) calcium 400 mcg, B vitamins, and Zinc, designed to restore the physiological mechanism of the metabolic defect resulting from a familial history of mutations or genetic polymorphisms of the Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase (MTHFR) gene.
Contains L-methylfolate calcium, vitamin B2, B6, B12, and zinc, useful for compensating for dietary deficiencies or increased requirements for the components it contains:
1. L-methylfolate calcium: donor of methyl groups used by MTHFR for the conversion of homocysteine to methionine, even in the presence of a genetic defect;
2. vitamin B2: coenzyme involved in normal energy metabolism;
3. vitamin B12: methionine synthase cofactor in the regeneration of homocysteine to methionine;
4. vitamin B6: cofactor of enzymes involved in the conversion of homocysteine to cysteine;
5. zinc: enzymatic cofactor in both reconversion pathways. L-methylfolate calcium is used by the body as is, without undergoing biotransformation processes.
It represents almost the entire form of folate present in the bloodstream.

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate; coating agent: pregelatinized acetylated starch; zinc oxide; coating agent: talc; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; coating agent: glycerol; colorant: E 170; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), L-methylfolate calcium; colorant: E172; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one tablet per day.
