Ingredients
Lactoferrin (lactose, milk proteins), HPMC capsule, corn maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take one capsule per day, to be swallowed with water or opened, dissolving the content in a small amount of water or other room-temperature beverage (tea, fruit juice, milk, yogurt).
