Mineral salt food supplement.
Magnesium (TrioMig) and potassium with creatine. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy metabolism and, in synergy with potassium, contributes to normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Fructose, magnesium (TrioMig: magnesium lactate, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium gluconate); acidity regulator: citric acid; tribasic potassium citrate, creatine monohydrate, flavor; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (nano); coloring: beta-carotene.

Directions for use
It is normally recommended to take 2 sachets a day between meals, each dissolved in 150 ml of water, stir well until the product is completely dissolved and drink immediately.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended only for adults. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
