MOTHER TINCTURE

Directions for use:
20-40 drops, twice a day, between meals.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a small amount of still water, and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to facilitate absorption. The water can also be lukewarm; this will better activate the preparation, which will be more easily absorbed.
