Description
Food supplement with valerian and melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Valerian promotes relaxation (sleep, in case of stress).

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) dry extract titrated to 0.42% in valerenic acid, vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B1 (thiamine); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agents: calcium carbonate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt, stearic acid; eschscholzia herb (Eschscholtzia californica L.) dry extract titrated to 0.2% in protopine, tryptophan, melatonin, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill] seed dry extract, vanillin.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, shortly before bedtime, swallowed with a little water.
