Food supplement based on 1 mg pure melatonin enhanced with griffonia and valerian. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep* and to alleviating the effects of jet lag**. Griffonia dry extract promotes mental well-being and a normal mood, valerian dry extract can promote relaxation in stressful situations. The easy-to-swallow mini-tablets feature a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows for rapid and prolonged release of the components.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis l., radix) dry extract; sweetener: mannitol; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearin; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) baill., semen) dry extract; anti-caking agents: talc; silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; colouring agent: titanium dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, shellac; melatonin.

Directions for use
1 mini-tablet daily shortly before bedtime.

Storage
