A food supplement with 1 mg of pure melatonin, enhanced with griffonia, California poppy, and L-theanine. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag* and reduces the time it takes to fall asleep**. Dry extract of griffonia promotes mental well-being and a normal mood, while dry extract of California poppy promotes relaxation in cases of stress. The easy-to-swallow mini-tablets feature a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows for rapid and prolonged release of components.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at the destination.

Directions for use
1 mini-tablet daily, shortly before bedtime.
