Griffonia contributes to relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being, and to normal mood. Zinc promotes normal cognitive function, while Vitamin B6 supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep.

Directions for use
