Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, tryptophan, and vitamin B6.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep.
This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid and a precursor to melatonin.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions.

Fructose, purified water, L-tryptophan, vitamin B6 hydrochloride, melatonin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavouring; thickener: xanthan gum.

How to use
0.5 ml once a day, 30 minutes before bedtime, unless otherwise directed by a doctor.
It is recommended to shake the bottle well before use and to administer the product directly into the mouth, or diluted in non-alcoholic beverages, using the graduated dropper included in the package. After use, close the bottle with the dropper cap.
