Description
A food supplement based on melatonin that helps reduce the time it takes for children and adults to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
Melamil is also indicated for alleviating the effects of jet lag. In these cases, it is recommended to take a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.

Ingredients
Fructose, purified water, melatonin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavoring; thickener: xanthan gum.

Instructions for use
4 drops daily, equivalent to 1 mg of melatonin.
It is recommended to administer the product directly into the mouth, or diluted in non-alcoholic beverages, using the dropper included in the package.
After use, close the bottle with the dropper cap.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
The expiry date refers to the product in an unopened package, correctly stored.
