Description
Multi-layered dressing consisting of an absorbent polyurethane foam, an outer polyurethane film, a non-adherent wound contact layer, and a hydrocolloid adhesive border.
It is an extremely flexible dressing: it can stretch up to 22% of its size. Due to this characteristic, it can also be used to prevent post-operative blisters, in order to reduce potential complications and improve treatment outcomes.
It does not adhere to sutures and is capable of absorbing serous fluid and blood.
It can be used as both a primary and secondary dressing.
The dressing can be cut before use without compromising its structural and functional characteristics.
It does not contain phthalates.
Product manufactured without natural rubber latex.
Beta radiation sterilized.

Components
Multi-layered hydrophilic dressing composed of:
- Central polyurethane foam pad with highly absorbent microcapillaries, with an alveolar vertical structure, featuring exclusive 3DFit Technology;
- Transparent contact layer, non-adherent to the wound bed: allows for atraumatic removal;
- Outer layer made of breathable, semi-permeable polyurethane film (impermeable to liquids and bacteria, but permeable to gases);
- Hypoallergenic hydrocolloid adhesive border, making the entire surface hydroactive.

3DFit Technology gives the foam the characteristic of trapping and retaining exudate within it; the beveled and heat-sealed edges of the foam limit the impression on the periwound skin: this helps reduce the risk of leakage, maceration of the edges and periwound skin, even under compression. Conforming to the wound bed, the foam fills dead spaces and promotes the creation of the ideal moist environment for the wound healing process. The foam is capable of conforming to deep wounds up to 2 cm.

Warnings
Single-use product.
Remove the dressing before radioactive treatment (X-rays, ultrasound treatment, diathermy, and microwaves).
