Description
Dietary supplement that provides a selected mixture of substances including creatine, arginine, and carnitine. Vitamin B6 supports protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin B1 helps support energy metabolism, aids normal psychological and cardiac function. Vitamin C, magnesium, and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, potassium to normal muscle function. Vitamin E has an antioxidant function, helping to protect cells from free radicals.

Directions for use
1-2 sachets per day after main meals. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water (about 150 ml), stir and drink immediately.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), consult a doctor.
The product is intended for adults only and is contraindicated during pregnancy and in cases of renal pathology. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product contains a source of phenylalanine.

Storage
Store at room temperature. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water. Shelf life when unopened: 24 months.
