Taurine is an amino acid characterized by the presence of a sulfonic group in its structure and is a final product of the metabolism of L-Cysteine, an amino acid abundant in the cells of many animal tissues.
Taurine is the most abundant amino acid in cardiac tissue.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and protein synthesis, to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and to normal psychological function. Magnesium also plays a role in cell division processes.

Directions for use
2 capsules daily to supplement main meals. The capsule can be opened and the content mixed in a glass of water.
