      Brewer's yeast
Rebalancing. Yeast has always been a precious ally for women's health and beauty, and more. It is known that any imbalance in the intestine is primarily reflected in the condition of the skin, hair, and nails. Because a disturbed bacterial flora means greater toxin production. Yeast provides fermentative microflora, thus helping to rebalance the bacterial populations of the intestine in favor of those that produce fewer toxins. Their colonization helps combat not only symptoms resulting from imbalances in the intestinal microflora, such as bloating, but also contributes to the gradual elimination of toxins absorbed by the intestine, which results in clear and luminous skin, airy and shiny hair.       Saccharomyces Cerevisiae
Improves microbial balance in the gastrointestinal tract. The yellow tablet contains no less than 100 million live Saccharomyces Cerevisiae cells, one of the most commonly used probiotics to enhance the activity of beneficial microbes in the gastrointestinal tract. Live Saccharomyces Cerevisiae cells have been shown to boost the immune system and inhibit the production of bacterial toxins.
      Vitamins
Vitamins are essential nutrients for the full flourishing of life. In addition to the vitamins naturally present in the yeast itself, the yeast tablet is supplemented with vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid, and biotin. These substances exert a natural synergistic action in favor of all tissues, with particular reference to those that, renewing themselves very frequently, are the first to experience even a slight relative deficiency, such as skin, hair, and nails.
      Amino Acids
The "basic materials" that make up the structure of skin, hair, and nails are specialized proteins, keratins, which in turn are made up of amino acids. If the body, for a series of reasons (stress, poor diet, pollution, convalescence) has a deficiency of these amino acids, the skin may appear "tired" and asphyxiated, hair oily and weak, nails brittle and dull. This tablet ensures an optimal integration of cystine and methionine, sulfur-containing amino acids essential for keratin synthesis, conferring resistance to the cells of the epithelia in contact with the outside: skin, hair, and nails.

Tablets (green) amino acids + minerals:
L-cystine; dibasic calcium phosphate; microcrystalline cellulose; L-methionine; ferrous sulfate heptahydrate; zinc sulfate heptahydrate; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide; hydroxypropylcellulose; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; microcrystalline cellulose; acetic esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; selenomethionine; hydrogenated vegetable oil; cupric gluconate; colorant: copper chlorophyllin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 yeast tablet (yellow tablet) daily, preferably in the morning after breakfast, combined with 1 amino acid tablet (green tablet).
The tablets should be swallowed whole with water or other liquid.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied diet.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
