Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, chamomile, valerian, Ashwagandha, lemon balm, lavender. With sweeteners.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Sweeteners: maltitol, sorbitol; gelling agent: pectin; acidifier: E 330; Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root dry extract tit. 1.5% withanolides, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower dry extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf dry extract tit. 2.5% rosmarinic acid, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) flower dry extract; colouring: E 163; acidity regulator: E 331; natural flavouring, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract tit. 0.15% valerenic acid; anti-caking agent: E 903; melatonin.

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one gummy 30 minutes before going to bed and in anticipation of a prolonged period of sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin, just before going to bed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Consult your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are taking medication. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
