Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 chewable tablets, as needed, before consuming foods containing lactose.
The amount to be taken depends on the type of diet.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 4,500 FCC with each meal containing lactose.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Lactose tolerance varies, and it is advisable to seek advice regarding the role of this substance in your diet.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Do not disperse into the environment after use.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and at a temperature below 25°C.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package.
