Day tablet: Inositol, soy (Glycine max L., semen) d.e. titrated in isoflavones, magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson, cortex) d.e.; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel), mannitol; melissa (Melissa officinalis L., folium) d.e.; anti-caking agents: fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; green tea (Camellia sinensis L., folium) d.e. (soy phospholipids), magnesium hydroxide, hydrolyzed casein (peptides hydrolyzed from milk proteins), magnesium oxide; coating agents: ethylcellulose; chromium picolinate.

Night tablet: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); L-carnitine bitartrate; anti-caking agents: fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; orthosiphon (Orthosiphon stamineus Benth., folium) d.e., cassia (Cassia fistula L., fructus) d.e., frangula (Rhamnus frangula L., cortex) d.e., senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahl., fructus) d.e., tamarind (Tamarindus indica L., fructus) d.e., green tea phospholipids (Camellia sinensis L., folium dry extract titrated, soy phospholipids), maltodextrin, black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa Nutt., rhizoma) d.e.; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, ethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, hydroxypropylcellulose; colorants: titanium dioxide, chlorophyllin complexes with copper.

Directions for use
Day tablet: 1 tablet daily after breakfast.

Night tablet: 1 tablet daily after dinner.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle and with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods exceeding three weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice.
It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by children under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are also consumed on the same day.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and localized heat sources, sunlight, and humidity.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored.
