A dietary supplement with chromium, iodine, pineapple stem, vegetable extracts and fructooligosaccharides, a useful aid in low-calorie diets.
Chromium and iodine are involved in sugar and fat metabolism, respectively. The presence of inulin and fructooligosaccharides, in addition to frangula, tamarind and cassia, helps promote healthy intestinal function.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; inulin; frangula (Rhamnus frangula L., cortex) dry extract; senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahl, folium) dry extract; maltodextrin; fructooligosaccharides; seaweed (Fucus vesiculosus L., thallus) dry extract titrated in iodine; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide, vegetable stearin; tamarind (Tamarindus indica L., fructus) dry extract; cassia (Cassia fistula L., fructus) dry extract; pineapple (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr., stipites) dry extract; star anise (Illicium verum Hook f., fructus) powder; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, shellac; colours: titanium dioxide, iron oxide, chromium picolinate.

Directions for use
2 tablets daily after main meals, usually 1 after lunch and 1 after dinner, or, in the case of a more substantial meal, both tablets can be taken at the same time.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Kilocal contains extracts of Senna, Cassia fistula, Tamarind, Frangula, so its use is advisable when intestinal transit also needs to be promoted.
