Instructions for use:
- initial dose: two capsules per day, preferably not with meals. When circumstances require it, the initial dose can be doubled. If you have difficulty swallowing the capsule, you can pierce it and pour its contents into a non-hot drink.
- Maintenance dose: one capsule every morning, for long periods.

Characteristics:
food supplement of antioxidant factors and polyunsaturated fatty acids of the Omega-6 series, with added bromelain extract.

Properties:
- Astaxanthin: carotenoid belonging to the vitamin A group. It plays an important role in inhibiting the 5-α-reductase enzyme, and is therefore useful for promoting the physiological function of the prostate. Helps to counteract hair loss.
- Borage oil: contains an essential polyunsaturated acid, gamma-linoleic acid, which has the ability to stabilize the cell membrane with anti-inflammatory mechanisms, through the prostaglandin system (PGE1).
- Vitamins C and E: play a protective role in the body thanks to their antioxidant power; in particular, vitamin E acts in relation to unsaturated fatty acids. Vitamin C plays a role in the metabolism of collagen, iron, sulfur, thyroxine, and folic acid.

Warnings:
do not exceed the recommended doses.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

Storage:
store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.

Validity:
24 months from the date of preparation, in an intact and correctly stored package.

borage seed oil (borago officinalis); gelatin; fish oil rich in EPA and DHA; ascorbic acid (vitamin C); firming agent: glycerol (E422); thickener: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); haematococcus SP. algae oleoresin at 9% astaxanthin; tocopherols rich in dl-alpha-tocopherol (natural vitamin E) on sunflower oil; emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322); colorants: iron oxides (E172).
