Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, alpha-lactalbumin, D-chiro-inositol and folic acid, useful for providing an additional intake of these substances in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need.

Ingredients
Myo-inositol, soybean oil, edible gelatine; firming agent: glycerol; emulsifiers: soybean lecithin, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, medium chain triglycerides; thickener: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; alpha-lactalbumin, D-chiro-inositol; colouring: E172; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).
Contains milk proteins.

Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.

How to use
It is recommended to take one capsule twice a day. To ensure a constant intake of inositol, the two capsules should be taken 12 hours apart.
