Ingredients
Bulking agents: calcium phosphates, cellulose; L-theanine (from Camellia sinensis), Centella [Centella asiatica (L.) Urb., herb] dry extract titrated to 20% min in total terpenes, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), Bacopa [Bacopa Monnieri (L.) Wettst., herb] d.e. titrated to 20% min in total bacosides; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; stabiliser: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone; astaxanthin (from Haematococcus pluvialis Flotow algae) powder; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer, talc, calcium carbonate, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyvinyl alcohol, glycerol, magnesium carbonates, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium phosphates, hydroxypropyl cellulose, fatty acids, cellulose; colouring: iron oxides and hydroxides.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably just before one of the main meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep the product out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For the use of the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult your doctor. Do not take in case of known or suspected allergy to one or more of the components.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity and heat sources.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.
