Description
Colorless gel with high moisturizing properties that contains Hydeal-D, a hyaluronic acid derivative, which ensures prolonged release at the application site.
Hyaluronic acid is a molecule responsible for maintaining the correct level of tissue hydration, as well as playing a fundamental role in repair processes.
The Hydeal-D based formulation offers optimal adhesion to the vaginal mucosa, prolonged moisturizing action and promotes the natural healing processes of micro-lesions.
Complementary gel for the treatment of vaginal dryness of various kinds; adjuvant for the natural healing process of micro-lesions from friction of the vaginal mucosa.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to use in the evening before going to bed, as follows:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure adequate intimate hygiene.
2. Open the sealed bag from the indicated side to remove the disposable applicator.
3. Twist and remove the applicator's closing tab to open it.
4. Preferably in a supine position, gently insert the applicator cannula into the vagina.
5. Firmly squeeze the body of the applicator along its entire length, to introduce the gel into the vagina.
A small amount of gel is expected to remain in the applicator, which is intentionally overfilled.
6. Gently remove the applicator and discard it.
Application frequency
The frequency of application depends on the dryness conditions of the vaginal mucosa. One application every three days is recommended for a period of thirty days, unless otherwise advised by the Doctor. It is not necessary to interrupt treatment during menstruation.

Components
Main component: Hydeal-D 0.2% (slow-release hyaluronic acid derivative).
Other components: glycerol, propanediol, ethylhexylglycerin, phenethyl alcohol, carbomer, sodium hydroxide, purified water.
The formulation does not contain parabens or other preservatives.

Warnings
Contraindications: established individual hypersensitivity to the product.
The product is for vaginal use only.
Applicators are single-use, meaning they must be used only once by a single patient and discarded after use. If reused, Fidia farmaceutici cannot be held responsible for the product's performance, functionality and hygienic conditions.
During the use of products for the treatment of vaginal dryness, whitish and odorless discharge may occur, which should be considered normal.
In patients with particular individual sensitivity to some component of the formulation and/or at the beginning of treatment, transient vaginal heat or burning sensations may occur. In case of persistent burning, it is advisable to interrupt the treatment and consult your Doctor.
In case of vaginal infection, the use of the product is at the discretion of the Doctor.
In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your Doctor before use.
The safety and efficacy of the product in children are not known.
The product can be used with lubricated and non-lubricated latex, polyisoprene and polyurethane condoms.
No interactions with vaginal contraceptive drugs are known. Do not simultaneously use vaginal products based on quaternary ammonium salts (e.g. benzalkonium chloride), which may alter the product.
Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged in such a way as to compromise the integrity of the applicator.
Do not dispose of empty containers in the environment and dispose of according to current regulations.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in its original container. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Do not freeze.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 2°C and 25°C.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
