Description
Dietary supplement based on magnesium, vitamins B1 and B6, gamma-linolenic acid, and chasteberry dry extract. Chasteberry dry extract is useful for counteracting menstrual cycle disorders. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and, together with magnesium, helps reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Magnesium hydroxide, Gamma-linolenic acid, Chasteberry (Vitex agnus castus L., fructus) dry extract, Vitamin B6, borage oil (Borago officinalis L., semen) microencapsulated (refined borage oil stabilized with dl-a-tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate, maltodextrin, fish gelatin); bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate); vegetable stearin; maltodextrin; anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate); coating agent (hydroxypropylcellulose).

Directions for use
2 tablets daily from the 3rd/4th day before the cycle for 6/7 days, regardless of meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
