Concentrated milk whey proteins (CFMC) (93.7%), alkalized cocoa powder (cocoa powder; acidity regulator: potassium carbonate; vanillin) (3.02%), flavorings; thickener: carrageenan; sodium chloride anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; emulsifier: soy lecithin; microencapsulated vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).
May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, eggs, soy, milk, sesame, tree nuts.

Directions for use
Prepare one portion by dissolving the content of 1 scoop (about 30 g) in 150 ml of still water (or semi-skimmed milk) using a shaker. Up to one portion per day is recommended, depending on the intensity of the activity performed and considering other protein sources provided by the diet.
