Ingredients

Grindelia (Grindelia robusta, flowering tops) titrated in total phenols expressed as gallic acid ≥0.8%	225 mg
Plantain (Plantago lanceolata, leaves) titrated in aucubin ≥1%	150 mg
Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum var. HyperCreso, flowering tops)	75 mg
Essential oils of: - Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) - Peppermint (Mentha piperita) equal to approx. 1.5 drops of essential oils	30 mg
Peppermint (Mentha piperita, leaves), licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root), star anise (Illicium verum, fruit), common thyme (Thymus vulgaris, flowering tops).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets of herbal tea per day.
One filter is sufficient to prepare a herbal tea. Pour boiling water into a cup containing the filter sachet, steep for 5 to 7 minutes, making sure to cover the cup to prevent the loss of more volatile balsamic active substances.

Warnings
Contains licorice: avoid excessive consumption in case of hypertension.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
