Sterile solution for ophthalmic use with a physiological pH, containing sodium hyaluronate and distilled waters of ginkgo biloba, bilberry, fennel, and centella asiatica.
Sodium hyaluronate gives the medical device mucomimetic and visco-elastic properties to ensure adequate lubrication of the ocular surface, protecting it from the friction generated by eye movements.
Furthermore, the polymer is capable of retaining water: for this reason, the solution can keep the ocular surface moisturized and increase the stability of the tear film, protecting the ocular mucosa from external agents.
Ginkgo biloba improves visibility at long distances, relieves eye strain and redness of the eyes and ocular mucous membranes. This plant, together with centella asiatica, are used as they are particularly useful in assisting processes that reduce irritation.
Bilberry in the context of the formulation is used for its refreshing properties: it provides relief to tired eyes and acts as protection for the ocular mucosa against atmospheric agents and environmental factors.
Fennel is used in ocular disorders to soothe burning sensations and, together with bilberry, are used for their repairing action.
These plants, used in the form of distilled waters, within the formulation have a soothing, refreshing, and protective action. The solution contains boric acid and sodium tetraborate decahydrate, as a buffer system, and sodium chloride to ensure a physiological solution.
Therefore, Hyalistil PLUS has a hydrating and lubricating action for the ocular surface and provides temporary relief from burning, irritation, and discomfort related to dry eyes. It can also be used as protection for irritations due to other factors.
It can be used with contact lenses, without the need to remove them.
Preservative-free.

Instructions for use
- Before the first administration, remove the tamper-evident seal and remove the protective cap.
- Instill 1 - 2 drops into each eye by gently squeezing the single-dose container.
- Due to the intrinsic characteristics of the bottle with a dispenser for preservative-free solutions, as the bottle progressively empties, it may be necessary to apply greater pressure to allow the product to exit.
- After use, immediately recap the bottle: the contents can be reused within 6 months of first opening.
- Also suitable for frequent use, several times a day, according to need or doctor's instructions.
