Description
Food supplement based on glucomannan.
In the context of a low-calorie diet, glucomannan contributes to weight loss.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each (corresponding to 2 tablets) with 1-2 glasses of water, 1 hour or at least half an hour before meals, in the context of a low-calorie diet.

Ingredients
Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjak K. Koch.) tuber; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate; firming agent: tricalcium phosphate; hydrogenated castor oil; anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide.
Contains sulfites.

Gluten-free.

Warnings
The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity.
If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
