Description
Dietary supplement based on citicoline (Cognizin) and niacin, suggested in cases of increased need or reduced dietary intake of its constituent nutrients.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: sorbitol; citicoline (Cognizin); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: xylitol; niacin (nicotinamide); anti-caking agents: hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavouring, natural flavouring; sweeteners: sucralose, neohesperidin DC, acesulfame K.

Gluten-free and lactose-free. Sugar-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day. The tablets can be chewed or dissolved in the mouth; they do not require water. This formulation is therefore also suitable for patients with dysphagia (difficulty swallowing).

Warnings
Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Tablets should not be swallowed whole. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Not suitable for consumption by children. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature below 25°C, away from light and/or heat sources.
Shelf life when unopened: 24 months.
