Description
Food supplement based on folic acid from Quatrefolic, vitamins B6 and B12, vitamin C and vitamin D. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, is involved in the cell division process, contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and normal hematopoiesis.
In addition, folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function, normal immune system function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal collagen formation for normal blood vessel function, protection of cells from oxidative stress and increases iron absorption.
Vitamin D contributes to normal blood calcium levels and is involved in the cell division process.

Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid; bulking agent: ethylcellulose); bulking agent: corn starch; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), Quatrefolic [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt], vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily.
