Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Ashwagandha KSM-66 root d.e. [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] titrated to 5% withanolides, Flavox - lemon fruit d.e. [Citrus limon (L.) Osbeck.] titrated to 10% polyphenols (expressed as catechins) and 10% bioflavonoids, magnesium oxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules a day, to be swallowed with water.
