Description
A food supplement that combines soy extract (standardized to 40% soy isoflavones), melatonin, vitamins (folic acid, vitamin D, vitamins B6 and B12), minerals (calcium, magnesium), and alpha-linolenic acid. Flavia Notte helps meet the nutritional needs of menopausal women.

Ingredients
Refined linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.) titrated to 45% alpha-linolenic acid, calcium carbonate; coating agent: gelatin; soy (Glycine max L.), magnesium oxide; humectants: glycerin (E422), sorbitol (E420); emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), vegetable oils; emulsifier: yellow beeswax (E901), cyanocobalamin; pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin, colorant (E120), cholecalciferol, colorant (E172) and pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

Directions for use
Recommended daily dose: one capsule per day, with a glass of water, preferably in the evening shortly before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The daily intake of isoflavones should not exceed 80 mg. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
