Ingredients
Sweet fennel seeds (fruits).

Directions for use
One filter is sufficient to prepare a cup of infusion (about 100 ml).
Pour boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and steep for 5-7 minutes, making sure to keep the container covered to prevent the dispersion of the most volatile substances.
Honey is recommended for sweetening.
