Aboca Sweet Fennel seeds are characterized by their essential oil content (2.5 ml/100 g) with a high concentration of anethole. This is the most representative component and responsible for the aromatic activity and the well-known beneficial properties of this medicinal plant, which promotes the physiological elimination of gases.

Ingredients
Sweet fennel seeds (fruits).

Instructions for use
One filter is sufficient to prepare a cup of infusion (about 100 ml).
Pour boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and steep for 5-7 minutes, making sure to keep the container covered to prevent the most volatile substances from dispersing.
Honey is recommended for sweetening.

For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
