Directions for use
It is recommended to take one to three stick packs daily. Each stick pack should be taken before each main meal, dissolving its contents in plenty of water (1 glass) and stirring thoroughly until a good dispersion is obtained, then consume immediately. After finishing, drink another glass of water. Considering the high gelling power of the product, it is preferable to ingest the beverage before the gel forms.
