Sterile, ready-to-use 3% hypertonic NaCl saline solution, indicated as an adjunct in the treatment of respiratory conditions with impaired mucociliary clearance.
Thanks to the presence of sodium bicarbonate, it performs a buffering function, correcting the pH of the rhinopharyngeal mucosa.

Directions for use
ADULTS: one ampoule per nostril 1/2 times a day or as advised by a doctor.
CHILDREN: half an ampoule per nostril 1/2 times a day or as advised by a doctor.

Wash the nebulizer ampoule thoroughly, strictly following the instructions of the manufacturer of the inhalation device used.
Gently bring the dispenser to the nasal vestibule and irrigate both nostrils.
In aerosol therapy, RINOREX DOCCIA can be used alone or to dilute other medications; in the latter case, follow the instructions on the packaging of the medication to be diluted.
The 3% hypertonic saline solution cannot be combined, because it is visually incompatible, with sodium cromoglicate.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes.
The product is for inhalation use only; the ampoule is not intended for oral use.
The ampoule is single-dose, non-resealable, and not reusable once opened.
The first use of the product must be under medical supervision or by qualified personnel.
Use by children must be under adult supervision.
Inhalation of 3% hypertonic saline solution in particularly sensitive patients could cause episodes of bronchospasm; in such cases, stop treatment and consult a doctor to establish appropriate supportive therapy (e.g., use of bronchodilators).
In some cases, nebulization may cause a mild and transient sense of local irritation.
Contraindicated for those who suffer from hypersensitivity to the components.
Use, especially if prolonged, may give rise to sensitization phenomena; where this occurs, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor to establish appropriate therapy.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C, away from direct light and heat sources.
Keep away from humidity.
