Description
Food supplement based on iron, coenzyme Q10, vitamins B12 and C, folic acid.
It helps reduce undesirable effects, such as nausea, constipation or diarrhea. Iron contributes to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, improving oxygen transport to tissues. It improves the functions of the immune system, increasing the body's natural defenses; it also participates in cell division; it reduces tiredness and fatigue, allowing to improve one's performance. Folic acid, on the other hand, increases folate levels in pregnant women. Low folate levels are a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the fetus. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the normal formation of red blood cells, thus enhancing the action of Iron in tissue oxygenation; it also participates in the cell division process. Antioxidant factors such as coenzyme Q10 and vitamin C prevent damage due to free radicals. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system, helps iron absorption, and finally participates, together with the latter, in reducing tiredness and fatigue.
Adjuvant in cases of deficiency or increased need for iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid. The ingredients of the supplement facilitate iron absorption, participate in increasing tissue oxygenation, protect the body from damage due to free radicals and increase natural immune defenses.

Ingredients
Lipofer [corn starch, ferric pyrophosphate; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464); emulsifier: lecithins (E322) from sunflower]; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate (E341); hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), coenzyme Q10; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide (E551), magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, or as advised by your doctor, preferably in the morning during a meal. It can be taken in two ways: either by swallowing a whole capsule with a glass of water, or, if preferred, by opening it and dissolving its content in water.

Warnings
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool (<30°C) and dry place, away from light and heat sources. Warning: do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
