Food supplement based on arginine, calcium, magnesium sulfate and willow, formulated to counteract the main obstetric complications (preeclampsia, premature birth, recurrent miscarriage).
L-arginine, through the nitric oxide synthase enzyme of endothelial cells, produces nitric oxide, a powerful vasodilator that plays a fundamental role in endothelial regulatory mechanisms, counteracting vasoconstriction, improving blood flow, and stimulating the release of growth hormone, insulin, and other substances very important for the body.
Willow is known for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic properties; it also possesses a mild antiplatelet activity that helps in the prevention of placental insufficiency.
Magnesium sulfate plays a fundamental role in pregnancy due to its ability to regulate uterine contractions (as it modulates muscle tone), to prevent premature birth (as it has a relaxing action on the uterine muscles), and to counteract hypertension, ensuring a neonatal neuroprotective effect in case of premature birth.
Calcium contributes to maintaining the increase in vascular compliance, typical of normal pregnancy, which is instead inhibited in preeclampsia.

Directions for use
Taking 3 tablets daily in cases of pregnancy with risk factors* promotes the initial phase of embryo implantation, helps prevent preeclampsia, threatened preterm birth, recurrent miscarriage, and microcirculation alterations in embryo implantation.
*(Advanced maternal age, twin pregnancy, in vitro fertilization, family history of preeclampsia, obesity, maternal autoimmune diseases, pre-gravid hypertension, preconception diabetes).
