Ingredients
Cascara (Rhamnus purshiana DC., bark) dry extract titrated at 16% in cascarosides, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), kiwi (Actinidia chinensis Planch., fruit) dehydrated juice, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate), frangula (Rhamnus frangula L., bark) dry extract titrated at 7.5% - 9%; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Gluten and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules of the product per day, as needed, to be swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably in the evening before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor in case of pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor. Do not take if you suffer from any inflammatory bowel disease. Do not take in case of known or suspected allergy to one or more components.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in an intact package, correctly stored.
