Description
Food supplement particularly indicated for people with sleep disorders; it is a valid aid in stressful situations that make it difficult to rest at night. It is also useful for regulating circadian rhythms and promoting the body's adaptation to time zone changes (jet lag).
The dosage of 1 mg represents the maximum allowed by the Italian Ministry of Health for a food supplement.
The special retard formulation ensures a gradual and complete release of Melatonin throughout the night, reducing nighttime awakenings and facilitating falling back asleep.
Does not contain added sugars, added preservatives, artificial colors, GMOs.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Melatonin; excipients: bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Gluten-free, dairy-free and lactose-free.

How to use
1 retard microtablet daily with plenty of water.
The beneficial effect to reduce the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
The beneficial effect to alleviate the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not take during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding.
