Melatonin Pura

Melatonin food supplement. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Does not contain: milk derivatives, added sugars, added preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors, GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients
Melatonin (1 mg).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 microtablet daily, with plenty of water, preferably one hour before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
