Ingredients
Microencapsulated essential oil blend [peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita L.), caraway essential oil (Carum carvi L.)], melissa (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf dry extract titrated to 12% rosmarinic acid, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (DRCaps), inulin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Naturally lactose-free.
Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Take one capsule before each of the two main meals.
