A fiber food supplement with sweeteners, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake.

Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata F., seed husk), acacia fiber (Acacia Senegal L., gum); sweetener: sorbitol (from corn or wheat), flavorings; acidity regulator: citric acid; stabilizer: guar gum; cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.) fruit powder; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; coloring: beta-carotene.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
1 sachet per day or, if needed, up to 2 sachets, preferably one hour before a meal, for cycles of at least 2 weeks. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water, mix well and consume immediately. It is advisable to drink another glass of water immediately afterwards.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place away from light.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.
