Ingredients
Chamomile dry extract 3:1 15%; boswellia gum resin 12%; mallow flowers and leaves 12%; catnip herb dry extract 8%; vitamin C 8%; psyllium husk 7%; flax seeds 7%; charcoal 7%; bamboo fruit dry extract 10%; cranberry young shoots 5%; lactobacillus reuteri SGL01 5%; bifidobacterium infantis ATCC15702 1%; thickeners: gum arabic 3%; microcrystalline cellulose 3%.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 - 3 tablets after main meals, equivalent to 1 - 2 grams per day, corresponding to 160 mg of vitamin C, or 32% RDA, and 2 X 10⁸ of bifidobacterium infantis and 10.5 X 10⁹ of lactobacillus reuteri.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied diet.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
