Food supplement.
It is a combination of Sensoril, hawthorn, magnesium and vitamin B6.
Withania somnifera (Sensoril - ashwaganda) promotes relaxation and mental well-being and has tonic-adaptogenic properties.
Hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being, regular cardiovascular function and regular blood pressure.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Sensoril (Withania somnifera L. Dunal, radix and herba) dry extract titrated at 10% in withanolide glycosides, hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq., folium, maltodextrin) dry extract titrated at 3% in vitexin-2 rhamnoside and hyperoside; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium oxide; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; colouring agent: calcium carbonate; anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, polyethylene glycol; spirulina extract; coating agent: glycerol.

How to use
1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening half an hour before going to bed.
