Description
Infusion set.
Single-use, sterile, pyrogen-free, latex-free, phthalate-free product.

Instructions for use
- Close the roller clamp on the set.
- Remove the protector from the central diaphragm of the bottle cap and clean it with an antiseptic solution before piercing.
- Hang the bottle.
- Remove the protector from the spike of the set.
- Insert the spike with a rotating motion into the central depression of the cap.
- Squeeze and release the drip chamber to partially fill it.
- Remove the protector from the end (luer lock) of the set and attach a sterile and pyrogen-free intravenous infusion needle.
- Open the roller clamp, open the air vent with the air filter, and fill the set and needle with the solution. Eliminate any air bubbles.
- Close the roller clamp, remove the needle protector, and insert it into the vein.
- Adjust the administration rate with the roller clamp.
- Any medications can be added to the bottle solution by injecting them through the Y-connector.

Warnings
Do not use if the packaging is not intact and/or if the caps are damaged or detached. Dispose of after use with the precautions adopted for potentially contaminated material. Do not use with I.V. pumps. Do not use for blood and blood products. Do not reuse due to the risk of patient contamination. The product must be used by specialized medical and nursing personnel. Use the set and needle immediately after removing the protectors.
