Ingredients
D-mannose, Lactobacillus Reuteri, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Vitamin D3.

D-mannose	200 mg
Lactobacillus Reuteri	1.5 billion
Lactobacillus Rhamnosus	1.5 billion
Vitamin D3	7.5 µg

Directions for use
D-Mannose acts by contact: the longer it stays in the urinary tract, the more effective it will be.
Therefore:
- Try to encourage less drinking.
- Avoid concurrent treatment with drinks or foods that stimulate diuresis.
1 capsule every time the bladder is emptied.
Which normally means:
1 capsule after evening urination, 1 after first morning urination.
If you urinate during the day or night, another capsule should be taken immediately after, so that the urinary tract is protected 24 hours a day. The prophylactic treatment should be repeated for 10 days every 2-3 months with only one capsule in the evening.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
