Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 sachets a day, at any time of the day, starting from breakfast, in first and second courses or as a snack, drinking plenty of water.
Taking the product promotes proper intestinal transit.
CruscaSohn with Psyllium can be munched as is, or added to milk, yogurt or used in the preparation of both sweet and savory foods.
